Exchange & Return Policy

Please read carefully before requesting an exchange or return. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. Please review all product information carefully before purchasing.

 

1. Defective / Damaged Products

Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

Required Evidence (all of the following must be clearly visible in a single photo)

  • Product label (product name and barcode must be legible)
  • The defective or damaged area
  • A note or screen displaying your order number

How We Handle It

  • All claims are reviewed by our customer service team before a decision is made.
  • We will prioritize resending the product; a refund will only be issued if resending is not possible.
  • Evidence-based claims are limited to once per purchased item per customer.
  • If the evidence provided is insufficient or unclear, we may request additional materials. Failure to respond may result in the claim being declined.
  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be accepted.

 

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • You must notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted for international orders.
  • Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of the return being approved.
  • Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Actual return shipping costs may vary by region and will be confirmed upon return approval.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For international payments, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Import duties and taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
  • Any free gifts or promotional items included in the order must be returned as well.

 

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange a product, please register a return request first and then place a new order.
  • Exchanges for the same product are subject to availability.
