Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order (including packaging).

· South Korea: Free shipping on all orders
· Japan: $6.00 (0–0.5kg) / $7.00 (0.5–1kg) / $8.50 (1–2kg) / $12.50 (2kg+)

· East Asia – China / Hong Kong / Taiwan: $8.50 (0–0.5kg) / $9.00 (0.5–1kg) / $11.00 (1–2kg) / $15.00 (2kg+)
· Macau (Express courier only): $30.00 (0–0.5kg) / $32.00 (0.5–1kg) / $37.00 (1–2kg) / $42.00 (2kg+)
· Southeast Asia – Singapore / Malaysia: $8.00 (0–0.5kg) / $11.00 (0.5–1kg) / $20.00 (1–2kg) / $30.00 (2kg+)
· Southeast Asia – Indonesia / Philippines / Vietnam (Express courier only): $20.00 (0–0.5kg) / $26.00 (0.5–1kg) / $30.00 (1–2kg) / $33.00 (2kg+)

※ Some destinations (Macau, Canada, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) are served by express courier only, as standard postal service is not available — this is reflected in the rates above.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

· All shipments are made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
· The product price and shipping fee do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (including VAT).
· All applicable charges upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
· Regulations and thresholds vary by country — please check with your local customs authority prior to ordering.
· Orders that are refused due to unpaid duties will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping fee.

 

🚚 Delivery Time

· Standard shipping (International Parcel Post) – Japan, East Asia, Southeast Asia (Singapore/Malaysia), Oceania: typically 7–16 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
· Express shipping (Courier, e.g. FedEx) – applies automatically to Macau, Canada, and parts of Southeast Asia (Indonesia/Philippines/Vietnam) where postal service is unavailable: typically 5–9 business days.
· Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier conditions, and peak seasons (holidays, sales events).
