Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between The One in Love Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and users when using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Busan Care Bridge (hereinafter referred to as “this Site”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “This Site” refers to the virtual business establishment set up by the Company to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”) to users through information and communication facilities like computers, and also includes the business operator of this Site.
2. “User” refers to anyone accessing this Site to receive the services provided, including both members and non-members.
3. “Member” refers to a user who has registered as an integrated member through this Site, providing personal information to continuously use the services offered by this Site.
4. “Non-member” refers to a user who uses the services provided by this Site without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Notice, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)

1. This Site displays the contents of these Terms, along with the company’s name, representative's name, business address (including an address for consumer complaints), phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, telecommunication sales registration number, and the personal information manager’s information. The Terms can be viewed by users through a linked screen if necessary.
2. This Site may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
3. In the event of an amendment, this Site will announce the changes.
4. The amended Terms apply only to contracts made after the effective date of the amendment; previously made contracts are subject to the prior Terms. However, if a user wishes to be subject to the amended Terms, they may notify this Site within the announcement period specified in paragraph 3 and receive approval from this Site.
5. If a member does not express refusal by the effective date despite being informed of the effect of the amended Terms, the member is considered to have agreed to the amendment.
6. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by related laws or customary practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. This Site performs the following tasks:
   - Providing information on goods or services and establishing purchase contracts
   - Delivery of goods or services based on the established purchase contract
   - Other tasks as defined by this Site
2. In case of product unavailability or technical specifications changes, this Site may modify the content of goods or services for future contracts and will announce such modifications.
3. If the content of services that this Site has agreed to provide needs to be modified due to reasons such as product unavailability or technical changes, the reason will be notified to the user’s available address.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

1. This Site may temporarily suspend the provision of services due to reasons such as maintenance, replacement, malfunction, or disruption of computer and communication facilities.
2. If services cannot be provided due to a change in business type, cessation, or integration with another business, this Site will inform users of the situation.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

1. A user can apply for membership by filling out the information on the registration form provided by this Site and indicating agreement to these Terms.
2. This Site will accept applications unless the user has previously lost membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 3, the registration details are false, or registration as a member is technically difficult.
3. The membership contract becomes effective once the approval from this Site reaches the member.
4. Members must notify this Site of any changes to their registered information within a reasonable period.

Article 7 (Member Withdrawal and Disqualification)

1. Members may request to withdraw from the site at any time, and this Site will process the withdrawal within 7 days of the request.
2. This Site may limit or suspend membership for reasons such as false registration, unpaid dues, hindering other users, attempted deceit, or any behavior that disrupts electronic commerce.
3. If the same behavior is repeated or remains unresolved, this Site may revoke the membership.
4. In such cases, this Site will delete the member’s registration.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

1. This Site may notify members via designated email addresses or other communication channels.
2. For unspecified members, general notifications may be posted on this Site’s bulletin board.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

Users can apply for purchases through procedures on this Site, such as:
   - Searching and selecting goods
   - Providing recipient’s information (name, address, phone number, email, etc.)
   - Confirming terms and details about withdrawal restrictions, shipping, and installation fees
   - Expressing agreement or refusal to the terms
   - Confirming or consenting to the purchase
   - Selecting payment method

Article 10 (Formation of Contract)

1. This Site may not accept a purchase application if the contents are false, minors purchase restricted items, or if technical issues arise.
2. The contract is deemed to be established when the Site's confirmation notice reaches the user.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

Payment for goods or services purchased on this Site may be made through various methods, including prepaid cards, credit cards, and electronic payment.

Article 12 (Confirmation Notice, Purchase Modification, and Cancellation)

1. This Site sends a confirmation notice to the user upon purchase.
2. Users can request modifications or cancellations before shipment, and the Site will promptly process the request if feasible. Refunds follow Article 15.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods)

This Site will prepare goods for shipment within 7 days from the date of purchase. If payment has been received, preparation begins within 3 business days.

Article 14 (Refunds)

If goods cannot be delivered, this Site will notify the user and issue a refund within 3 business days.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

1. Users may withdraw from the contract within 7 days, or in cases specified by law, as regulated.
2. Certain cases, such as damaged goods due to user responsibility or expired goods, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. If restricted by law, this Site will specify these terms.

Article 16 (Effect of Withdrawal of Subscription)

1. This Site refunds within 3 business days upon receipt of returned goods.
2. In cases where the user bears shipping fees, this Site will clearly inform users in advance.

Article 17 (Site Obligations)

1. This Site strives to provide continuous and stable goods or services.
2. This Site will not send unsolicited marketing emails without user consent.

Article 18 (Responsibility for Member ID and Password)

1. Members are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords.
2. Members must notify the Site if a third party gains access to their account.

Article 19 (User Obligations)

Users shall not:
   - Provide false information
   - Infringe upon the Site’s intellectual property rights
   - Post obscene, violent, or offensive content

Article 20 (Copyrights and Use Restrictions)

1. The intellectual property rights of content created by this Site belong to this Site.
2. Users may not use this information for commercial purposes without permission.

Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)

This Site will strive to handle user complaints promptly.

Article 22 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Disputes shall be governed by the court jurisdiction based on the user's address.
2. Korean law applies to disputes between this Site and users.
